October 6. 2006:  The Firm wins landmark insurance coverage decision. In Liss v. Federal, 2006 WL 2844468 (N.J. Super. App. Div.), We won an appeal involving whether an insurance  coverage exclusion, known as the "restitution exclusion", is accepted under New Jersey law. This is a landmark victory as this is the first case in the country to reject this exclusion.
